The Vishay VI30100C-E3/4W is a dual high voltage TMBS® (Trench MOS Barrier Schottky) rectifier. It is designed for high efficiency operation with low forward voltage drop and low power losses. This component is suitable for use in high frequency converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diodes, DC/DC converters, and reverse battery protection.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 15A per diode. The typical forward voltage is 0.63V at 15A, and an ultra-low 0.455V at 5A. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
The rectifier is available in TO-220AB, ITO-220AB, D2PAK (TO-263AB), and TO-262AA packages. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Terminals are matte tin plated and solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102.
