The Vicor VI-JWJ-CW is a member of the VI-J00 MiniMod family of isolated DC-DC converters. It delivers a regulated 36V output at up to 2.78A, providing 100W of isolated power. The module operates from a minimum input voltage of 18V and achieves a typical efficiency of 90%.
This half-brick converter is designed for through-hole mounting and measures 57.9mm x 70.0mm x 12.7mm. It includes overcurrent and short-circuit protection for reliable operation in demanding environments. The converter is rated for commercial ITE applications and operates over a temperature range of -25°C to 100°C.
Additional features from the Vicor ZCS architecture include remote sense, logic disable, and wide output voltage adjust capability. The converter uses low-noise FM control and is designed for high power density.
