The VI-J64-IZ is an isolated DC-DC converter module from Vicor's VI-J00 MiniMod family. It delivers a single regulated 48V output at up to 521mA, providing 25W of power. The converter operates from a nominal 300V input (200-375V range) and achieves up to 90% efficiency.
Designed for commercial ITE applications, the module includes overcurrent protection (OCP) and short-circuit protection (SCP). It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
The converter is housed in a standard half brick package (57.9mm x 70.0mm x 12.7mm) with through-hole mounting. This board-mountable design allows for easy integration into power systems requiring isolated and regulated power.
