The Vishay Dale VF20200C-E3/4W is a dual high voltage Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifier designed for high efficiency operation. It offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.68V at 10A and a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V.
This diode array is suitable for use in high frequency converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diodes, DC/DC converters, and reverse battery protection. It is available in a TO-220-3 Full Pack, Isolated Tab package and is through-hole mounted.
The operating temperature range for this component is -40°C to +150°C. It meets MSL level 1 and is RoHS3 compliant.
