The Vishay Dale VEML6040A3OG is a surface-mount RGBW color sensor designed for applications requiring accurate ambient light detection. It incorporates photodiodes, amplifiers, and analog/digital circuits on a single CMOS chip.
This sensor utilizes Filtron™ technology to closely match human eye spectral sensitivity, providing R, G, B, and W light detection.
