The Vicor VE-J4N-CY is a high-performance isolated DC-DC converter from the VE-J00 MiniMod family. It delivers a regulated 18.5V output at up to 2.7A (50W) from a wide input voltage range of 55V to 100V. The module achieves a typical efficiency of 90%, minimizing power loss in demanding applications.
Designed for commercial ITE (Information Technology Equipment) applications, the converter includes comprehensive control and protection features: remote sense, current limit, logic disable, and wide range output adjust. Overcurrent and short-circuit protection (OCP, SCP) are built in for reliable operation.
The VE-J4N-CY is housed in a standard Half Brick package (57.9mm x 70.0mm x 12.7mm) with through-hole mounting, suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a temperature range of -25°C to 100°C and carries cURus, cTÜVus, and CE Mark approvals.
