The Vishay Dale VCUT07B1-HD1-G4-08 is a bidirectional, symmetrical ESD protection diode housed in an ultra-compact LLP1006-2L package with a low profile of less than 0.4 mm. This device provides single-line ESD protection, clamping positive and negative overvoltage transients to ground.
Key electrical characteristics include a working voltage of ±7V, a low leakage current of less than 0.1 μA, and a low load capacitance of 14 pF at 1 MHz. It offers robust ESD immunity according to IEC 61000-4-2, withstanding ±30 kV contact discharge and ±30 kV air discharge.
The diode has a peak pulse current rating of 4A (8/20 µs) and a peak pulse power of 60W (8/20 µs). The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C (TJ), and storage temperature is -55°C to +150°C.
Designed for surface mount applications, the LLP1006-2L package is suitable for automated assembly, with soldering verifiable by standard vision inspection. The pin plating is NiPdAu (e4), ensuring no whisker growth.
