The Vishay Dale VCUT0714A-HD1-GS08 is a Bidirectional Asymmetrical (BiAs) Single Line ESD Protection Diode. It is designed to clamp positive and negative overvoltage transients to ground, offering protection for signal and data lines.
Key electrical characteristics include a working range of -7 V to +14 V or -14 V to +7 V, with a low leakage current of less than 0.1 μA. The device features a low load capacitance of typically 8 pF at 1 MHz. It provides robust ESD immunity, rated at ±25 kV contact discharge and ±30 kV air discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2.
