Provides bi-directional overvoltage protection with varistor voltage of 4V minimum, 5V typical, and 6V maximum. Rated for AC 2.3V and DC 3.3V, capable of handling 40A peak current and 0.1J energy. Capacitance is 1400pF at 1kHz, aiding EMI/RFI attenuation. Operating temperature range -55°C to 125°C. Surface mount in 0805 (2012 metric) package with Ni/Sn plated terminations. Suitable for IC protection, I/O ports, portable devices, and industrial controllers.
