The VC060314A300DP is a TransGuard multilayer ceramic varistor (MLCV) from Kyocera AVX. It is a zinc oxide (ZnO) based ceramic semiconductor device that provides bi-directional transient voltage protection with non-linear voltage-current characteristics similar to back-to-back Zener diodes.
This varistor has a typical varistor voltage of 18.5V (minimum 16.28V, maximum 20.72V) and can handle a maximum peak current of 30A. It has an energy rating of 0.1J and a typical capacitance of 350 pF at 1 kHz. The maximum AC voltage is 10V and maximum DC voltage is 14V.
