The Vishay Dale VBUS054B-HSF-GS08 is a 4-line TVS diode designed for robust ESD protection in BUS-port applications. It provides high ESD immunity, capable of withstanding ±15 kV contact and air discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2 standards.
This device features a low load capacitance of 0.8 pF, minimizing impact on signal integrity. It offers a peak pulse current rating of 3A (8/20 µs) for lines 1, 3, 4, or 6 to pin 2, and 10A for line 5 to pin 2. The peak pulse power is rated at 45W and 200W respectively for these configurations.
Packaged in an ultra-compact LLP75-6L with a low profile (< 0.6 mm), the VBUS054B-HSF-GS08 is suitable for space-constrained designs. It operates within a junction temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C and is mounted via surface mount technology.
