The Vishay Dale VBUS054B-HS3-GS08 is a 4-line TVS diode designed for robust ESD protection in BUS-port applications. It features a low load capacitance of 0.8 pF and provides protection against IEC 61000-4-2 standards, withstanding ±15 kV contact and air discharge.
This device offers a reverse stand-off voltage of 5V and a breakdown voltage of 7.1V (typical) for the supply line and 7.9V (typical) for the data lines. The clamping voltage is 15V at 3A for data lines and 5V forward clamping. It handles a peak pulse current of 3A on data lines and 10A on the supply line, with peak pulse power ratings of 45W and 200W respectively.
