The Vishay VBUS052CD-FAH-GS08 is a compact, 2-line ESD protection device designed for high-speed data applications. It features a low leakage current of less than 0.1 μA and a low load capacitance of 0.8 pF, making it ideal for interfaces such as HDMI, DisplayPort, eSATA, and USB.
This TVS diode provides robust ESD immunity according to IEC 61000-4-2, withstanding ±15 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge. It has a working voltage of 5V, a breakdown voltage of 6.9V, and a clamping voltage of 18V at a peak pulse current of 3.5A (8/20 μs). The device can dissipate up to 63W of peak pulse power.
Packaged in a compact LLP1713-7L (6-UDFN Exposed Pad) with a low profile of less than 0.6 mm, it is suitable for space-constrained designs. The mounting type is surface mount, and it is supplied on a reel.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. The device is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of Level 1.
