The Vishay Dale V80170PW-M3/4W is a dual high-voltage Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifier designed for high efficiency operation. It features Trench MOS Schottky technology, resulting in a low forward voltage drop and reduced power losses.
This rectifier has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 170V and an average forward rectified current of 80A per device (40A per diode). The peak forward surge current is rated at 280A.
