The Vishay Dale V60D45C-M3/I is a dual low-voltage Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) rectifier array designed for high-efficiency operation. It offers a very low forward voltage drop, with a typical value of 0.33V at 10A and 0.48V at 30A.
This rectifier has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 45V and can handle a peak forward surge current of 320A. The operating junction and storage temperature range is -40°C to 150°C. It is housed in an SMPD (TO-263AC) package, suitable for automated placement.
Typical applications include high-frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diodes, and reverse battery protection. The device meets MSL level 1 and is RoHS-compliant.
