The Vicor V375B48C300BL is a high-performance isolated DC-DC converter module from the 375V Input Mini Family. It delivers a regulated 48V output at 6.25A (300W) from a wide input range of 250V to 425V DC. With an efficiency up to 89%, this module minimizes power loss and thermal management requirements.
The module incorporates zero-current-switching (ZCS) and zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) architecture for low noise and high power density. It features programmable output voltage (10-110%), parallel operation with N+M fault tolerance, and protection including overvoltage (OVP) and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The output is isolated with a 3000V RMS isolation voltage.
Packaged in a compact surface-mount module measuring 57.9mm x 55.9mm x 12.7mm (2.28" x 2.20" x 0.50"), it operates over a temperature range of -20°C to 100°C.
