The V30200C-E3/4W is a dual high voltage TMBS (Trench MOS Barrier Schottky) rectifier from Vishay, featuring a common cathode configuration. It is designed for high efficiency and low power losses in power conversion applications.
Key electrical specifications include a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V, average rectified current of 15A per diode (30A total), and an ultra low forward voltage drop of 0.526V typical at 5A and 0.648V typical at 15A.
