The Vicor V300C12C150BL is part of the 300V Micro Family of isolated DC-DC converter modules. It delivers a single 12V output at 12.5A (150W) from a nominal 180V DC input (range 180-375VDC).
This converter uses Vicor's high-frequency ZCS/ZVS architecture for low noise and high efficiency (up to 90%). Features include overvoltage protection (OVP) and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Input-to-output isolation is rated at 3000 VRMS.
The module is housed in a quarter brick package (57.9mm x 36.8mm x 12.7mm overall height) with through-hole mounting. Operating temperature range is -20°C to 100°C. Designed for commercial ITE applications.
