The Vicor V300B5C200BL is a member of the 300V Mini Family of isolated DC-DC converter modules. It delivers a regulated 5V output at 40A (200W) from a nominal 300V input (180V to 375V range). The module uses a zero-current/zero-voltage switching (ZCS/ZVS) architecture for low-noise, high-efficiency operation (83% for this configuration).
Electrical specifications include a load regulation of ±0.4% from no load to full load, and an input-to-output isolation voltage of 3000Vrms.
