The Vicor V300B48T250BG is a high-performance isolated DC-DC converter module from the 300V Mini Family. It accepts a wide DC input range of 180V to 375V (nominal 300V) and provides a regulated 48V output at up to 5.21A, delivering 250W of output power. The module achieves up to 89% efficiency using zero-current-switching and zero-voltage-switching (ZCS/ZVS) architecture, enabling high power density and low noise operation.
Key electrical specifications include a programmable output range of 10% to 110%, line regulation of ±0.4%, and a minimum isolation voltage of 3000V RMS between input and output. Protection features include overvoltage protection (OVP) and under-voltage lockout (UVLO).
