The Vicor V300B3V3T150BL is a high-density isolated DC-DC converter module from the 300V Input Mini Family. It delivers a regulated 3.3V output at up to 45.45A (150W) from a wide input range of 180V to 375V DC. The module employs zero-current-switching (ZCS) and zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) architecture for low noise and high efficiency, with a typical efficiency of 80%.
