Vicor's V300A48M500BL is an isolated DC-DC converter module from the Maxi family. It features a wide input voltage range of 180V to 375V DC and delivers a single regulated 48V output at up to 500W with an efficiency up to 89%.
The module uses zero-current-switching and zero-voltage-switching (ZCS/ZVS) architecture for low noise and high power density. Protection features include overvoltage protection (OVP) and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The converter provides 3000V isolation between input and output.
