The V20PWM60C-M3/I is a high current density surface-mount Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) rectifier array from Vishay General Semiconductor. It contains two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 10A average rectified current, with a total device rating of 20A. The device is designed for low voltage, high frequency applications such as DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V, ultra low forward voltage drop of 0.42V typical at 5A (25°C), and a peak forward surge current capability of 150A per diode (8.3ms half sine-wave). The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 175°C, with a storage temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
The device is housed in a very low profile SlimDPAK (TO-252AE) package with a typical height of 1.3mm, suitable for automated placement. The terminals are matte tin plated and solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and the base P/N-M3 is halogen-free and RoHS-compliant. An automotive-grade variant (V20PWM60C-HM3) is AEC-Q101 qualified.
