The V20E625P is a 20mm radial lead Metal Oxide Varistor from the UltraMOV series by Littelfuse. Designed for high surge current and energy absorption, it features a varistor voltage of 1kV (typical), with minimum 900V and maximum 1.1kV. Maximum AC voltage rating is 625V, and maximum DC voltage is 825V. Peak surge current is 10kA for an 8/20µs pulse, and energy absorption is 400J for a 2ms square wave. Capacitance is 250pF typical at 1MHz. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 85°C, with storage up to 125°C. The device offers high isolation voltage of 2500V and insulation resistance of 1000MΩ.
