The Littelfuse V20E175PL1T is a 20mm UltraMOV metal oxide varistor designed for high surge current and energy absorption applications. It features a typical varistor voltage of 270V (243V min, 297V max) and can handle maximum continuous AC voltage of 175V and DC voltage of 225V. The peak surge current rating is 10kA (8x20µs waveform) with energy absorption capability of 135J (2ms square wave). Capacitance is 1400pF at 1MHz. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 85°C.
The varistor is housed in a through-hole radial lead Disc 20mm package with epoxy encapsulation. It is RoHS, Lead-Free, and Halogen-Free compliant.
