The Littelfuse V20E150 is a metal oxide varistor (MOV) from the UltraMOV series, designed for high surge current and energy absorption. It has a typical varistor voltage of 240V (minimum 216V, maximum 264V) and is rated for maximum AC voltage of 150V and DC voltage of 200V.
