The V12PM15HM3/H is a 150V, 12A TMBS (Trench MOS Barrier Schottky) rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor. It offers ultra low forward voltage drop (0.66V typical at 12A and 125°C) and high surge current capability (200A at 10ms half sine-wave). The device is designed for low voltage high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.
The diode is housed in a surface-mount SMPC (TO-277A) package with a very low profile of 1.1mm. It features matte tin plated leads, is solderable per J-STD-002, and meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak temperature of 260°C. The molding compound is UL 94 V-0 rated.
This component is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and AEC-Q101 qualified (HM3 suffix). The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to +175°C, and storage temperature range is -55°C to +175°C.
