The V10WL45-M3/I is a Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor. It features an ultra low forward voltage drop of 0.43 V typical at 5 A and 0.49 V typical at 10 A, minimizing power losses in high-efficiency applications. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 45 V and an average forward current of 10 A, with a peak forward surge current capability of 100 A (8.3 ms single half sine-wave).
This rectifier is designed for use in high frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diode, and reverse battery protection circuits. The Trench MOS Schottky technology provides low forward voltage drop and high efficiency operation.
The device is housed in a surface mount TO-252 (D-PAK) package, which is ideal for automated placement. The package is UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rated, and the terminals are matte tin plated, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102.
