The V10P10-M3/86A is a Schottky rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, utilizing TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky technology for ultra low forward voltage drop and high efficiency. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and an average rectified current (IF(AV)) of 10A. The forward voltage is typically 0.574V at 10A and 0.453V at 5A. The device can handle a peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 180A (10 ms single half sine-wave) and a non-repetitive avalanche energy (EAS) of 100mJ.
Typical applications include low voltage high frequency inverters, freewheeling diodes, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection circuits. The rectifier is offered in a surface mount SMPC (TO-277A) package with a very low profile of 1.1mm typical height, suitable for automated placement.
The part is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free (M3 suffix). AEC-Q101 qualified versions are available with HM3 suffix. MSL level 1 per J-STD-020, with maximum junction temperature of 150°C and operating temperature range -40°C to +150°C.
