The Littelfuse V10E320P is a metal oxide varistor (MOV) from the UltraMOV series. It features a varistor voltage of 510V (typical) with a maximum AC voltage rating of 320V and maximum DC voltage rating of 420V. The device can handle peak surge currents up to 3.5kA (8x20µs waveform) and absorb up to 67J of energy (2ms square wave). Typical capacitance is 170pF at 1MHz. The varistor is designed for AC line voltage applications such as surge protection devices, UPS systems, and power meters. It is housed in a Disc 10mm package with radial leads for through-hole mounting. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 85°C. The device is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. It features an epoxy encapsulation with high isolation voltage (2500V) and insulation resistance (1000MΩ).
