The Littelfuse V0402MHS03NR is a surface mount multilayer varistor (MLV) from the MHS series, designed for high-speed transient voltage suppression. It provides ESD protection up to IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 and EFT protection per IEC 61000-4-4 Level 4.
