The USBULC6-2M6 is a steering (rail to rail) TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 17V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 5A (8/20µs) and offers a low capacitance of 0.95pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection.
This TVS diode provides two unidirectional channels and includes power line protection. It is specifically intended for Ethernet applications, where low capacitance and fast response are critical.
