The Samtec USBR-B-S-F-O-TH is a high-retention USB 2.0 Type B receptacle designed for rugged applications. It features 4 contacts in a right angle through hole configuration with a board lock for secure attachment. The connector is rated for 30 VAC and operates over a temperature range of -50°C to 85°C. It is lead-free solderable and packaged in trays of 120 pieces.
This connector complies with Class 1, DIV II minimum withdrawal requirement of 15 N, with typical mating and unmating forces of 52.51 N and 51.18 N after 100 cycles respectively. The contact material is phosphor bronze with gold plating on contacts, nickel on shell, and tin on tails. The insulator is high temperature thermoplastic.
