The US3M-13 is a 3.0A surface mount ultra-fast rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed with glass passivated die construction for high reliability and offers a maximum reverse voltage of 1000V.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum average rectified output current of 3A, a forward voltage of 1.8V at 3A, and a reverse recovery time of 85 ns. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 120A. Operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
