The Diotec Semiconductor US1G is an ultrafast recovery rectifier diode designed for high-frequency rectification and high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum average rectified current of 1A at a case temperature of 100°C and a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 400V. The forward voltage is rated at 1.25V maximum at a forward current of 1A. With a reverse recovery time of 50ns maximum, this diode is suitable for circuits requiring fast switching with low power loss.
The device is housed in a surface-mount DO-214AC (SMA) package, which is UL 94V-0 rated for flame resistance. It supports a junction temperature range of -50°C to 150°C and features a typical junction capacitance of 10pF. The part is RoHS compliant (exemption 7a) and REACH compliant. Tape and reel packaging is available with 7500 units per 13-inch reel. Solder conditions are specified as 260°C for 10 seconds. This diode is part of the US1A to US1M series, with VRRM options from 50V to 1000V.
