The US1AFA is a super fast surface mount rectifier diode from onsemi, designed for high efficiency and low power loss. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V and an average forward rectified current of 1A.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.95V at 1A, a reverse recovery time of 50ns, and a peak forward surge current of 30A. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
The diode features a glass passivated chip junction and is UL flammability rated 94V-0. It is Pb-free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. The package is SOD-123FL (supplier device package SOD-123FA), suitable for surface mount assembly.
