The Vicor URAM3C11 is a MicroRAM TM Output Ripple Attenuation Module. It features a wide input voltage range of 3V to 30Vdc and achieves efficiencies up to 98%. This module provides greater than 40dB of ripple attenuation across a frequency range of 60Hz to 1MHz, significantly improving load transient response.
Designed with combined active and passive filtering, the URAM3C11 also includes an integrated OR’ing diode that supports N+1 redundancy. It is available in 20 and 30 Ampere ratings and utilizes a screw mount, quarter-brick package with 7-pin termination.
User selectable performance optimization allows for tailored operation. This module is suitable for applications requiring clean power delivery and stable voltage regulation under varying load conditions.
