The Vicor MicroRAM URAM2CN1 is an output ripple attenuator module that combines active and passive filtering to achieve significant noise attenuation. It provides greater than 40dB of noise attenuation across a frequency range of 60Hz to 1MHz.
This module operates over a wide input voltage range of 3 to 30V DC and is rated for 20A of current. Its closed-loop architecture enhances load-transient response and provides precise point-of-load voltage regulation. The URAM2CN1 is compatible with various switching converters, including Vicor's own VI-200/VI-J00 and Maxi, Mini, and Micro series.
Designed for flexibility, the URAM2CN1 supports redundant and parallel operation through its integrated ORing diode function. It features a long pin style and a slotted baseplate for mounting.
The Vicor URAM2CN1 has a power rating of 20A.
