The UPR15E3/TR13 is a high efficiency ultrafast rectifier diode from Microchip Technology, designed for surface mount applications requiring fast switching and low forward voltage. It offers a working peak reverse voltage of 150V and an average rectified output current of 2.5A at a case temperature of 75°C.
This device features a maximum forward voltage of 975mV at 2A and a reverse recovery time of 25ns, making it suitable for high frequency rectification circuits. The non-repetitive peak forward surge current is rated at 25A for an 8.3ms single half-sine wave.
