The Sensata UPL1-8806-1 is a single-pole hydraulic magnetic circuit breaker designed for reliable power switching, circuit protection, and control. It features a lever actuator for manual operation, similar to an ON-OFF switch, and a panel mount for secure installation.
This circuit protector is part of the APL/UPL series, which offers hydraulic delay mechanisms for overload protection. The protector is 'trip free,' meaning it will forcibly open the circuit upon overload, even if the handle is held in the ON position. It is recognized by UL per UL STD. 1077 and certified by CSA per CSA STD. C22.2–No. 235 as supplementary protectors.
