The Sensata UPGH22-21148-2 is a magnetic hydraulic delay circuit breaker, part of the APG/UPG/IPG Series. It features a panel mount type and a lever actuator. The APG/UPG series provides low-cost power switching, reliable circuit protection, and accurate circuit control. It is designed using a current-sensitive hydraulic magnetic principle, making it adaptable to various applications and environments without concern for temperature compensation that affects fuses. Nuisance tripping is minimized.
This circuit protector is available in a wide variety of configurations with different delays and ratings, and can be supplied in DC, 50/60Hz, or 400Hz versions. It is available in single or multi-pole configurations, with options for toggle or rocker actuated handles and caps in various colors. A unique sealed, single handle toggle version is available for harsh or military environments.
The UPG circuit protector is recognized under UL Standard 1077 and certified by CSA as a supplementary protector. The APG is qualified to MIL-PRF-55629. APG/UPG circuit protectors can be furnished in one through four pole assemblies with various pole arrangements, terminal styles, and accessories.
