The UMR12NTN is a general-purpose diode array manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. It consists of two pairs of diodes connected in series, configured as a dual series pair. This device is designed for small-signal applications with forward current up to 200mA per diode.
Electrical specifications: The diode array has a maximum reverse voltage rating of 80V. The forward voltage is typically 1.2V at a forward current of 100mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 100nA at 80V reverse bias. The device operates at junction temperatures up to 150°C.
