The UMN10NTR is a diode array from ROHM Semiconductor containing three independent standard diodes. Each diode is rated for small signal operation up to 200mA with a reverse recovery time of 4ns. The forward voltage is typically 1.2V at 100mA, and reverse leakage current is 100nA at 70V. The device operates at temperatures up to 150°C. It is designed for surface mount assembly and is available in a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package, also known as UMD6. This configuration is suitable for applications requiring multiple diodes in a compact footprint, such as signal switching, clamping, and protection circuits.
