The Texas Instruments ULQ2003ADR is a 7-channel high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array designed for driving inductive loads. Each channel features an NPN Darlington pair with a common-cathode clamp diode. The device offers a switching voltage of up to 50V and a peak output current of 500mA per channel.
With an input compatibility for CMOS and TTL logic, the ULQ2003ADR is suitable for direct operation with these interfaces. It includes a 2.7kΩ series base resistor for each Darlington pair, facilitating operation with TTL or 5V CMOS devices.
