The Vishay Dale UGF8JCT-E3/45 is a dual common-cathode ultrafast plastic rectifier designed for high voltage and high frequency applications. It features a glass-passivated chip junction, providing ultrafast recovery times and soft recovery characteristics, leading to low switching losses and high efficiency.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 8A.
