The UFM15PL-TP is a 1 Amp ultra fast recovery silicon rectifier from Micro Commercial Co, designed for general purpose rectification. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 1A.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.4V at 1A, a reverse recovery time of 75ns, and a peak forward surge current rating of 30A. Reverse current is 10µA at 25°C and 50µA at 125°C. Typical junction capacitance is 20pF.
