Electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 1.0V at 1A, fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, and high surge current capability of 30A. Reverse leakage current is 10µA at 25°C and 50µA at 100°C. Total capacitance is 17pF.

 

Thermal characteristics: power dissipation of 2.08W, junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 60°C/W, and junction-to-lead thermal resistance of 30°C/W.
