The PANJIT UF2003CT is an ultrafast recovery rectifier diode array designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It integrates two diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 20A average forward current and 300V repetitive peak reverse voltage. The device achieves a maximum reverse recovery time of 50ns, enabling low switching losses in high-frequency circuits.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage of 1.3V at 10A and a low reverse leakage current of 1µA at 25°C. The diode can withstand a peak forward surge current of 150A, making it robust for inrush conditions. The junction capacitance is typically 200pF, and the thermal resistance from junction to case is 2°C/W.
The UF2003CT is housed in a TO-220AB full molded plastic package with through-hole mounting. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free, suitable for environmentally conscious designs. Typical applications include switch-mode power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and output rectification in DC-DC converters.
The maximum average forward current is 20 A at a case temperature of 100°C.
The maximum reverse recovery time is 50 ns, tested under conditions IF=0.5A, IR=1A, Irr=0.25A.
The maximum forward voltage is 1.3 V at a forward current of 10 A.
The UF2003CT is available in a TO-220-3 through-hole package, also known as TO-220AB.
The maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 300 V.
