The UF1003-T is a 1.0A ultra-fast rectifier diode with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V. It is part of the UF1001-UF1007 series from Diodes Incorporated.
Electrical characteristics include a 1.0A average rectified output current, 30A non-repetitive surge current, forward voltage of 1.0V at 1A, reverse leakage current of 5µA at 25°C, 50ns reverse recovery time, and typical junction capacitance of 20pF.
The device is packaged in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial leaded through-hole package. It features plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208, and the plastic material is rated UL 94V-0. Operating temperature range is -65 to +150°C.
