The UF1002-T is a 1.0A ultra-fast rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the UF1001-UF1007 series. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and a forward voltage drop of 1.0V at 1A. The device offers a reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high-efficiency switching applications.
This rectifier is designed with a diffused junction and provides a peak forward surge current rating of 30A. It has a low reverse leakage current of 5µA at 25°C and a typical junction capacitance of 20pF. The operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
